Founder & Home Concierge Specialist

We’re Sarah and Jeff, the husband-and-wife team behind SetApart — a home concierge company rooted in trust, care, and Southern hospitality.

Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a deep background in managing logistics and special requests for VIP clients, guest speakers, and high-profile event attendees around the world. Her passion for thoughtful service and seamless execution is the foundation of everything we do at SetApart.

Jeff served many years as a police officer and later transitioned into executive protection, where he specialized in safeguarding public figures and private families. His eye for safety, discretion, and preparedness shapes the way we approach every home — with diligence, detail, and respect.

Together, we’re also parents of three incredible children, two of whom have unique needs. We know firsthand the weight of the mental load, the importance of a well-run home, and the peace of mind that comes from having the right support. That’s why we created SetApart — not just as a service, but as a source of relief for families like ours.
